There is no better time than the present to consider what dreams, projects, plans, and resolutions have gone by the wayside. But before you get down on yourself as to “the why”, consider this gentle reminder.

What has been happening in your life while you’ve been making plans?

Have you been gentle and understanding of why some goals & plans are on the shelf? Or are you punishing yourself and playing the blame game?

This New Moon we work with recognizing and releasing the patterns/mindset of lack for they are very clever in masking themselves in guilt and self-blame.

When we release the stories of lack, we make room for this season’s energy of:

👉🏽 Adopting patterns of generosity

👉🏽 Amplifying our awareness

👉🏽 Channeling that gift of endurance from the big Leo Lion energy into our heart-centered goals

What to expect:

This healing ceremony will include 2 guided shamanic journeys. In journey one, you will be guided to identify and hone in on the energetic pattern(s) of lack within.

In journey two, I call upon the elemental force of fire to help you release it and return with a special message to fuel your New Moon intentions this season.

This healing ceremony is perfect for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

Preparation:

• Please energetically cleanse your space however you see fit before we begin. Sage, palo santo, Agua Florida, incense. Use what calls to you.

• New Moon is about setting intentions. Bring your intentions written on a piece of paper that you will burn or bury the same night or the following morning.

• Notebook & Pen

• Water or beverage
