This workshop series offers participants an intimate setting to:
learn about the medicine wheel as a healing tool
understand the connections between our emotions and bodies that leave specific imprints and scars
in-group practice and integration of cognitive techniques inspired by ancient healing wisdom
takeaway tools to develop a personal healing practice.
For this reason, a selection process is necessary and welcomed in order to create a safe and spirit-guided space to navigate and integrate the multi-layered healing process of the traditional medicine wheel.
