This workshop series offers participants an intimate setting to:

• learn about the medicine wheel as a healing tool

• understand the connections between our emotions and bodies that leave specific imprints and scars

• in-group practice and integration of cognitive techniques inspired by ancient healing wisdom

• takeaway tools to develop a personal healing practice.
